Admits limited light-colored pin knots, small burls, thin streaks.
Occasional scant thickness or waney edge allowed.
CHARACTER GRADING RULES:
Prominent natural variations in coloration and wood characters.
Allows unlimited open knots, checks, heavy streaks, sapwood, etc.
Occasional scant thickness or waney edge allowed.
